Welcome to my website – I’m glad you stopped by! Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about myself and my practice.
My Journey
I began my adult life earning two degrees in directing theater, and for a time, I ran my own theater company in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Once I started a family, I needed a more stable day job. To my delight and surprise, I discovered that all those theatrical skills (crafting a good story, presentation coaching, teamwork, working under tight deadlines with grace, to name a few) were highly transferable to what I call Corporate Theater. I spent the next 25 years working in the corporate world as a communications professional, supporting executives and their teams in Silicon Valley.
In 2015, with an empty nest and a desire to explore my next stage of life, I volunteered to be laid off. I bought a one-way ticket to Barcelona and wandered around Europe for six weeks, restoring my creative juices and contemplating what my third act might look like. I did not consider myself retired. I just didn’t want to work 24/7 in the corporate world anymore.
Over the next few years, I became a certified career coach and have helped hundreds of clients make meaningful career transitions.
My Coaching Practice
Because of my career journey, I have a unique perspective on navigating transitions, making me well-equipped to coach you through your own.
I believe the power of coaching lies in the simple belief that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and hold the answers you seek – you just need the time and space to ask “What if?” My role is to help you listen for and find the answer. So ask yourself . . .
Are you feeling stuck—afraid to take risks or make changes, so you choose to do nothing?
Are you feeling unclear—unable to feel safe exploring possibilities, or lacking time to reflect on what’s next?
Are you unsure how to get going—confused about where to start on a plan for change?
If your answer is yes to any of these questions, please contact me for a free 20-minute chemistry session. I am also a Premiere Fellow coach through BetterUp Coaching. Check them out!

Welcome to my website – I’m glad you stopped by! Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my practice.
My Journey
After 25 years in the corporate world as a communications professional, I volunteered to be laid off and promptly bought a one-way ticket to Barcelona. Upon returning, I became a certified coach and have spent the years since building my coaching practice, enhancing my writing skills, and exploring my third act stage of life. To follow my journey, feel free to subscribe to my newsletter or browse through my blogs.
My Coaching Practice
With two degrees in theater directing and decades of executive communication experience, I have a unique perspective on navigating careers in the corporate world. Having successfully transitioned out of the corporate world, I am passionate about helping others do the same, whether your exit plan is now or years down the road.
On the personal side, I was a single mother raising two boys for many years and understand the complexities of balancing work and home life. I’m also a cancer survivor who has navigated through many uncertain times and can help with developing resiliency in your life.
Finally, I believe in the power of asking “What if?” and know that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You hold the answers within. My role is to help you discover them and support you in your journey.
